Halloween Crafts

Join us at the West Oakland Branch Library on Halloween, for an afternoon of Halloween crafts. We will be making witches' hats, pipe cleaner spiders, and yarn spider webs. We will also have lots of coloring pages for little ones or kids who want to do a less involved craft. Crafts are designed with children 6 to 12 years old in mind, but all ages are welcome to join.
