HHREC - Community Resources Support

The Health & Human Resource Education Center (HHREC) will be providing onsite community resources support at Eastmont Library's Community Hub on a weekly basis every Tuesday plus select Fridays (starting with10/23). The HHREC team can connect you with Community Health Workers, Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialists, a Substance Use Disorder Registered Counselor, and Holistic Nutritionist.
